Due to the overwhelming number of insurance plans available to our patients, it is impossible for our staff to know the covered benefits of each and every plan. We do our very best to help you understand your coverage, but ultimately it is our patient's responsibility to know and understand the policies and benefits of their plan.

We can provide you with the documentation you need to use your HSA for medical expenses.  However, we cannot guarantee benefit coverage.
